Packages

Browse our packages to find the level of service that suits your needs, or choose “Wish List” and we will work with you on the specific areas of coordination that you select. All of our packages include unlimited e-mail and phone calls during the entire planning process, referrals to our preferred vendors, and consultation about vendor services, products, rentals, and venues. Package rates are calculated based on your guest count and the number of event staff members necessary in order to provide you with the best possible service.

Thank your guests for being part of your wedding day by tempting their sweet tooth! A “must have” addition to your reception, our candy buffet displays will add décor in addition to offering a tasty memory for guests to take home.

 

We offer two basic packages, but your vision is always the most important part of the final production, so we are happy to create a custom display if you have something special in mind. Let’s talk about the yummy ways to leave a beautiful and savory impression on your guests!

Our display demo shows a basic concept, but the possibilities for your reception are endless!

Package A – “Bliss”

During your initial consultation, our coordinator will meet with you to review your reception plan and begin the creation of a detailed outline.  We will assist you in contracting any vendors or services that you may still need to obtain for your event. Our services include two in-person meetings, also directing caterer and vendors during set-up as part of your five hours of on-site reception coordination. An event floor plan will be designed based on your input so that the reception activities proceed as you envision. We will also meet with you two weeks prior to your wedding to reconfirm all of the details and provide reminders for a successful day.

 

Package B – “Vision”

Services include all items in the Bliss Package, and you are upgraded to as many as four in-person meetings prior to your wedding day, ten hours of wedding day coordination, and an event staff member to assist the coordinator in putting the finishing touches on your decor. Basic reception decorating such as arranging centerpieces, set-up of guest book/card box table, and cake table are included.

 

Package C – “Utopia”

The ultimate upgrade!  Includes all services provided in the Vision Package with the addition of full on-site coordination. Your coordinator and up to four of our event staff will manage all aspects of your special day and evening. We will set up your reception, decorate, attend and monitor the entire event, and assist with the take down at the end of the night.

 

Package D – “Delight”

This basic reception package includes two in-person meetings prior to your wedding day to create an outline of the activities for your reception and how you would like them scheduled. We will set-up the reception venue including linens, centerpieces, and décor, then take down those items at the end of the evening.

 

Package E – “Wish List”

Selecting this “a-la-carte” style package allows you to create the list of items that you need assistance with.  Use any of the packages as a guideline, along with our “Suggested Services” list provided below. On-site coordination can also be included in this package at an hourly rate.

  • Assist you in finding a chapel and/or officiant

  • Provide referrals of preferred wedding professionals as requested

  • Advise you regarding guidelines to use when choosing vendors

  • Attendance at vendor meetings

  • Negotiation of vendor contracts

  • Review of contracts before signing

  • Provide advice on décor

  • Help with invitation selection/ordering and organization of your guest list

  • Make travel and hotel arrangements for out of town guests

  • Help create plan for reception events such as wedding party introductions, first dance, and guest participation activities

  • Reception set-up and supervision
